Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a home sauna cost?

Home saunas range from about $4,000 to $25,000+, depending on a few factors:

Installation: Buying just the sauna costs less. Full installation adds delivery, electrical, and setup by our team.

Heat type: Infrared is usually the most affordable. Traditional costs more.

Indoor or outdoor: Outdoor saunas may need a foundation pad and a longer electrical run.

Size: More seats means a bigger sauna and a stronger heater.

Finishes: Premium woods, glass, lighting, and sound add to the price.

We’ll walk you through your options and give you one clear price after your consultation.

Do you install saunas, or can I buy one on its own?

Both. If you want us to install it, our team handles everything from site prep and foundation pads to wiring and final setup. Sauna installs are our specialty, and our electricians and carpenters know how saunas are built, wired, and vented, so the job gets done right the first time. If you’d rather use your own contractor, we can sell you the sauna on its own.

Do I need an electrician for a home sauna?

Most saunas need a dedicated circuit, and traditional saunas usually need a 240V line, so the work should be done by a licensed electrician. If we install your sauna, our electricians handle it for you, including any permits. Small infrared saunas can sometimes plug into a standard outlet.

Should I get a traditional or infrared sauna?

Traditional saunas use high heat and steam from water poured on hot stones. Infrared saunas use gentler heat at a lower temperature. We’ll help you choose based on how you want to use it.

How much space do I need for a home sauna?

Less than you’d think. A small infrared sauna can fit in the corner of a basement or home gym. We’ll confirm the fit during your consultation.

How long does a home sauna installation take?

Most installs take 1–3 days once your sauna arrives.

How much does it cost to run a home sauna?

Less than most people expect, usually about $1.50–$2.50 per session for a traditional sauna and around $0.50 for infrared.

What areas of Long Island do you serve?
