Last Updated: October 17, 2026. Please review these terms carefully before scheduling residential or commercial installation services across Long Island.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Customer) and Sauna Collection LLC. By engaging our services, requesting an estimate, or accessing saunacollection.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to every provision, do not submit inquiries or commission installation work.
Sauna Collection delivers custom home and commercial sauna installations exclusively throughout Long Island, New York, including Nassau County and Suffolk County. Services encompass consultation, site assessment, custom sauna construction, ventilation planning, and final placement. Any auxiliary work outside the initial written proposal is subject to supplemental change orders.
All formal price estimates remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from issuance unless otherwise specified in writing. Pricing reflects specified materials, equipment, and structural layout. Undisclosed structural defects, water intrusion, or hazardous conditions discovered upon site inspection may necessitate revised pricing via formal written change order before work proceeds.
The customer agrees to provide unencumbered, safe access to the designated installation area, ingress hallways, and parking for installation vehicles throughout scheduled construction windows.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the target site is completely cleared of personal property, furniture, and obstructions prior to arrival. Customers must secure licensed electrical subpanel capacity (dedicated 240V circuits for traditional heaters or designated amperage for infrared modules) unless electrical subcontracting is explicitly included in the project scope. The customer also bears responsibility for HOA approvals, zoning variances, and municipal building permits where mandated by local Long Island township ordinances.
Unless otherwise executed under formal agreement, standard installations require a non-refundable 50% deposit upon contract signing to procure timber and heating units, with the remaining 50% balance due immediately upon operational walkthrough and completion. Invoices overdue beyond seven (7) days incur interest at 1.5% per month or the statutory maximum permissible under New York General Obligations Law.
Rescheduling requests must be received in writing at least five (5) business days before the assigned mobilization date. Custom-milled timber, bespoke tempered glass orders, and specialized electrical hardware are non-refundable once ordered. Cancellations submitted after procurement commencement will forfeit the deposit to cover expended fabrication costs.
Sauna Collection provides a one-year craftsmanship warranty covering installation workmanship from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on external heaters, digital control panels, and infrared emitters are passed directly to the client under manufacturer terms. Normal timber movement, minor seasoning checks, wood coloration patina, and natural aromatic shifts are inherent to genuine cedar, hemlock, and thermo-wood and do not constitute material defects.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Sauna Collection LLC shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the sauna installation. In no event shall our total liability exceed the aggregate sum actually paid by the customer under the specific proposal giving rise to the claim.
The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sauna Collection LLC, its directors, employees, and subcontractors from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or legal costs arising out of customer-modified electrical panels, improper user operation, neglect of sauna safety guidelines, or breach of these Terms.
All architectural sketches, joinery blueprints, brand assets, imagery, and text hosted on saunacollection.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sauna Collection LLC. No reproduction, distribution, or commercial adaptation is permitted without prior written consent.
Customer personal information, project addresses, and contact records collected during design consultations are governed by our Privacy Policy. Sauna Collection respects your residential confidentiality and will never sell personal information to external marketing brokers.
These Terms and all disputes arising from or connected with our installation services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the state courts located in Nassau County or Suffolk County, New York.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at our discretion. Any modifications will be posted to this page with an updated effective revision date. Continued engagement with our site or services after updates are published constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
